My son was thrilled with his ruby boule! It is so beautiful and EXACTLY what he was looking for and picked out. Plus, it's fluorescence is bright 🤩! We appreciated being able to have a selection to choose from. Other sellers had an 'example' of what it would look like, and then the 'actual' product would be randomly selected from stock.
The pre-shipment pic of the package is a nice touch.
The shipping took longer than expected. Our boule was shipped the next day with tracking info posted to my acct. Sadly,sometimes, with USPS, packages take unexpected detours. However, when I messaged about it, the response I received from Tom's Box of Rocks was nearly immediate; along with a realistic suggestion to get the quickest response from USPS.
