The colors in her video are impressively close to how they appear in real life.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSince this material is part of an experimental batch, it’s not entirely flawless and the dopant isn't known.  We are suspecting it contains some vanadium.  Many pieces contain tiny micro bubbles that may be visible while faceting but don’t typically impact the stone's visual appeal to the naked eye.  As well, pieces with the shiny edge of the boule have a thin purplish rind under certain lights.  These features will create some very unique cut stones.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSome sections have larger inclusions, and we’ve carefully isolated those pieces.
